This retreat includes daily yoga classes taking relaxation and healing to new heights. Expect nourishing yin yoga, energising movement and wellness workshops that will take place in the yoga shala or outdoors in the fresh air to soak up the tranquil environment around you.
It's our mission to offer high-quality yoga accessible for absolutely everyone of all backgrounds and body types. With that in mind, we bring along all the yoga props to make this experience as enjoyable as possible for you. We provide yoga blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets, small trigger balls and large trigger balls. You just have to bring your trusty yoga mat!

+ Deposit: Secure your spot with a $500 AUD non-refundable deposit. Final balances are due 3 months before retreat start date. If final payment is not received by due date YOGAVENTURES reserves the right to cancel your reservation. In this case, your $500 AUD non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.
+ Payment Plans: We strive to maintain a balance between making our retreats accessible to everyone while running a sustainable, thriving business so that we can continue to create and share these beautiful experiences with you. If you're interested in a payment plan, please email us to enquire, and we can split up your payments to make it work. You will still be required to make the $500 AUD non-refundable deposit, and final balance will be due 3 months before retreat start date.
ABOUT THE TEACHER
Your guide for this retreat will be Emma Ceolin who is founder of Yogaventures and Mndfl Project as well as an international Yoga Teacher (ERYT®200, RYT®500, RPYT®, RCYT®, YACEP®, IAYT®) who shares yoga for health, healing and happiness. She's also a blogger, entrepreneur, social media influencer, skydiver, freediver, scubadiver, surfer and vegan. Emma has over 1000 hours of yoga teacher training and experience teaching classes, sold out workshops, retreats and teacher trainings in Australia, United States, Europe and Asia. Emma first found yoga as a therapy for anxiety and depression and it set her on a wellness journey that changed her life forever. She's now made it her heart's purpose to share yoga for the mental, emotional and energetic benefits and specialises in yoga for stress, anxiety, depression and trauma. Her self-reflective teachings focus on how yoga feels, rather than how it looks. Each class begins and ends with savasana and Emma aims to hold a safe space for realness, depth, and to transform hardship into spiritual growth.
